I’ll be honest. Domination is my least favorite event. I dislike it as much as I really, really like Faction Hunt. The rewards aren’t great, and there’s nothing to do. Just spend resources.
It feels like the game has been put on hold.

But, since I’m doing a guide for the entirety of the game, here goes.
Domination Solo Event
You’ll have four levels of rewards. You’ll get one point for officer intel spent. Eight points are awarded for each ship XP spent. You’ll get 10 points for each unit of power gained by research, and 20 earned for each unit of power gained by upgrading your station. I created a simple little calculator below to help you out. The rewards are Tritanium and Dilithium.
The easiest way to finish this event is to level up your officers. If you’re going to spend Ship XP, I find it much more constructive to spend it either leveling up either survey or build-and-scrap ships.
The research and building points are tougher. Generally, they’re going to cost you a lot in research and speedups, if you can time something out, you’re fine, but you probably don’t want to break yourself chasing some underwhelming rewards.
In general, you’re going to get more points for researching the first level of a technology than the subsequent levels, and for upgrading defense platforms.

Alliance Event
These rewards are pretty good. Alliance points, crystal, ultra recruiting, and premium recruiting tokens. Remember, you need to score some points in the event in order to get the rewards for your alliance.
Domination Leaderboard Event
Race to outspend your competition for Latinum, Ultra recruiting tokens, Premium Recruiting tokens, and rare refined crystal.
