They’ve also asked me to do the contest before the arc is launched, so I can’t use content from the next arc. So I’m mixing things up this month. I’ve been sick, (But I’m feeling much better now.) While I was down, I started watching Richard Osman’s House of Games.
The last round of that show is called Answer Smash. You can see an example of the round here. I’d suggest watching it first to get the hang of it. It’s a bit like the Before and After category on Jeopardy, but not in the form of a question.
There will be a picture and a paragraph. The two clues are unrelated, except that you need to smash the two answers together to make one answer.
For example, let’s say I had a picture of Captain Kirk, and the clue, “Who hit the walk-off home run off Dennis Eckersley in Game One of the 1988 World Series.”
So the answer would be James T. Kirk Gibson, as in James T. Kirk, and Kirk Gibson.
I hope you have fun with this one. It might be the toughest one I’ve come up with. I warn you in advance about question #5.
